Jeff Silver has spent almost 20 years in building and administering the sales and business development functions for early stage organizations. Jeff has managed a sales operation of 70 sales associates in the financial services industry. Mr. Silver executed the sales and marketing strategy for two enterprise software companies, and has successfully constructed strategic partnerships with several Fortune 100 companies.

Prior to joining Stirling Capital, Mr. Silver was one of the founding members of the business development team at CreditMax and was also engaged as a consultant to an investment group launching a new credit card product.

Mr. Silver received a B.S. in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.

Michael P. Woodyshek has been working in the banking and financial services industry for over 16 years. Mr. Woodyshek has held sales and management positions with several of the industry’s leading firms, including Deutsche Bank, Ivy Mackenzie Fund Management and Putnam Investments. Prior to joining Stirling Capital Management, Michael was a founding member of the business development team at Creditmax, LLC, in West Palm Beach, FL, where his responsibilities included sourcing and negotiating debt sales, as well as developing new seller relationships.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentration in Finance from Northeastern University in Boston.

Holly began her career in the Account Receivable Management (ARM) Industry in 2000 upon her graduation from West Virginia University (WVU). While attending WVU, Holly obtained a Bachelors of Science in Journalism and Public Relations. She is currently working on her Masters of Integrated Marketing Communications through WVU’s on-line Masters Program.

Holly worked for eCAST, a business unit of Bear Stearns specializing in the acquisition of chapter 13 and chapter 7 bankruptcy accounts, between 2000 and 2006. While at eCAST Holly started out as an Event Coordinater and was subsequently promoted to the position of Deal Administrator. Holly’s role at eCAST facilitated strengthening relationship management with the various marquee financial institutions that comprised the Company’s client base.

Between 2006 and 2009 Holly worked for Creditors Interchange Receivable Management, LLC as a Business Development Manager and then an Independent Business Development Consultant. During her time at Creditors Holly was responsible for adding several top tier credit card issuers and debt buyers.
